Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mosaic website and Mosaic — The Collector Experience Platform, operated by Mosaic 1618 LLC (“Mosaic,” “we,” “us”). By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Using Mosaic
Mosaic provides tools and experiences related to collecting, products, creative work and connected relationships. Features and availability may vary by application. Use Mosaic lawfully and only with authority to provide the information and content you submit. Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Your content and responsible use
You retain any ownership rights you hold in content you submit. You give Mosaic permission to host, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use and carry out your sharing choices. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for submitted content.
Do not use Mosaic to infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content, harass others, misrepresent ownership or identity, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Product and collection records do not by themselves establish legal ownership, authenticity or value.
Platform materials and information
Mosaic’s branding, software and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Information, insights and generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. Mosaic does not guarantee a product’s authenticity, an appraisal, or a particular commercial outcome.
SMS Messaging
Program name: Mosaic. Users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS communications from Mosaic, such as account, service or collector-related updates, as described when consent is requested. Messages will relate to the purposes disclosed in the opt-in process.
- Optional consent: SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Mosaic.
- Separate consent: SMS consent is separate from general acceptance of Mosaic Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Providing a mobile number or agreeing to these terms alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Mosaic SMS messages. A confirmation message may be sent to acknowledge your request.
- Assistance: Reply HELP for assistance. Support is also available at rob@mosaic1618.com.
- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network and carrier availability.
- Privacy: Please review the Mosaic Privacy Policy, including its protections for mobile information and SMS consent.
Only enroll a telephone number you are authorized to use. If you change or relinquish your number, unsubscribe or contact support so we can update your messaging preferences. SMS is not an emergency service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, or restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Separate terms may apply to a particular transaction or third-party service and will be presented where relevant.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those required by law. Mosaic is not responsible for third-party services or for loss arising from your misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will give additional notice or obtain agreement. A change to these terms does not create SMS consent or expand an existing SMS opt-in.
