This Privacy Policy explains how Mosaic — The Collector Experience Platform, operated by Mosaic 1618 LLC (“Mosaic,” “we,” “us”), handles information in connection with our website and platform services. The information involved depends on the features you use and what you choose to provide.

Information we may collect

• Account and profile information: your name, account identifiers, profile details, preferences and information you provide when creating or updating an account.
• Contact information: email addresses, mobile telephone numbers and correspondence with Mosaic, including support requests.
• Collector and product information: interests, collection and wish-list entries, product details, images, notes, ownership information and other content you submit through available features.
• Application usage information: interactions with features, device and browser information, IP addresses, timestamps, error reports and technical logs associated with operating the service.
• Messaging information: SMS consent and opt-in records, preferences, opt-out requests, messages and delivery information when you participate in Mosaic messaging.

How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, maintain accounts and collection features, respond to requests, provide support, personalize relevant experiences, understand use of the service, troubleshoot problems and protect against misuse. We also use information to honor communication preferences, deliver messages you request or consent to receive, maintain relevant records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and other disclosures

Mosaic uses service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, communications and other operational functions. These providers may process information needed to perform those functions for Mosaic. For SMS delivery, this includes messaging providers such as Twilio and participating telecommunications carriers.

Information you choose to share through a platform feature may be visible to the recipients or audience you select. We may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. These operational disclosures do not authorize recipients to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing.

SMS communications and mobile information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile telephone information and SMS consent or opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to Mosaic and is not transferred to another brand or messaging program. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support Mosaic messaging, manage consent and opt-out requests, or meet applicable legal requirements.

You may voluntarily opt in to SMS communications from Mosaic. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Mosaic. Providing a telephone number or accepting our general terms does not, by itself, constitute SMS consent. SMS consent is separate from general acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The website and platform may use cookies or similar browser storage to support sessions, preferences and application features. Hosting services may also process technical request information. Rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law. Choosing not to receive SMS does not prevent you from using Mosaic.
